Shay Paris

Shay Shenkman - Shay began to serve as director of ConnecTLV in October 2012.
In this role he is responsible for developing programs for integrated absorption for young immigrants who live in Tel Aviv and the surrounding areas.
Before his current position, Shay served as a volunteer in the project for two years.
From 2006 to 2012 he worked as a senior communications and public relations consultant, and was responsible for the media relations of local and international organizations and companies from various market sectors.
Between 2006-2009, Shay was a co-founder of The Public Campaign for the Release of the Abducted Israeli Soldiers, and served as the national activities coordinator. The role included events and activities planning, recruitment and management of volunteer staff, and coordination between the different campaign functions.
During his academic studies (2003-2006), Shay was a member in the training stuff of "Aharai!", a Youth Leadership organization.
Shay has a BA in Communications and Management from The College of Management.

Ayelet Baruch - Prior to her current position in the Jewish Agency's Tel Aviv office, she worked in Jerusalem serving as a coordinator of the Stagerim - the Jewish Agency Professional Internship Program - placing young people in high level professional internships throughout Israel.

She has a B.A. in Sociology, Anthropology & Spanish studies and MA in Management of Non-Profit Organizations from the Hebrew University.
